Mit dem Big Green Egg hat man ein vielseitiges Kochgerät, welches das ganze Jahr durch – ja, auch im Winter – genutzt werden kann. Brot, Schoggi- und Apfelkuchen, Käsewähe, Roastbeef, Flammkuchen, Lasagne: einfach alles kann im Big Green Egg im Garten gekocht, gebraten und gebacken werden. Da die Holzkohle innert 10 Minuten Kochbereit ist, kann vor allem die lange Anfeuerzeit und der verschwenderische Umgang mit der Holzkohle reduziert werden.

With its distinct northern character, the topsoil makes our vineyards the place from which we draw our strength. In 1850, the first 100 hectares were acquired. Today, our vineyard covers 240 hectares in the best growing areas of Champagne, the Grands and Premiers Crus of the Reims Mountains, the Côte de Blancs and the Marne Valley. Each plot has been carefully selected. It is the love of people for wine at Louis Roederer that makes our house so unique. Each winemaker knows his parcel inside and out, just like his vines, which he nurtures year after year. Since January 2017, Katrin and Gerhard Lange have been running the Casa del Tè on Monte Verità together with Corinne and Tobias Denzler. In the exceptional microclimate around Ascona it is possible to grow tea plants. So there is a small, beautiful tea garden there and with it the possibility to work with the raw material tea, to experiment and to simply watch it grow and flourish. The Casa del Tè on Monte Verità stands for a deep connection to the Japanese tea culture and is at the same time a place of encounter. In Ascona itself is the associated tea store, offering beautiful teas and the accessories to go with them.
